Movie Reviews for "27 Dresses," "Juno," and "Babel"

[Worth seeing] "27 Dresses" is a comedy about a woman who has been the Maid of Honor for 26 weddings. I was expecting the typical Ambien reaction I get whenever Lindsay inserts a chick-flick but it turned out to be an enjoyable movie. If you have to watch a chick movie with your wife or girlfriend, you’ll be able to stomach this one.

[Watch at your own risk] "Juno" is a sarcastic comedy about a 16 year-old that gets pregnant, searches for a couple to adopt her baby, and falls in love with the guy that got her pregnant. Yeah, it happens in that order. Juno is one of those movies that you’ll count down each minute until it ends. If I knew it was a Diablo Cody movie we would have passed on the rental.

[I warned you] "Babel" is a 2 hour 22 minute liberal elite, multicultural piece of garbage. I was turned off from the start with the masturbation scene of a 10 year-old boy. Oh, and then there was the 16 year old girl trying to force her dentist to molest her, and eventually she gets naked and tries to get a cop to molest her, and even gets him to rub her down. Oh, and then there was the dirt farmer who purchased his adolescent boys a rifle and sent them off to herd goats, and shoot things, like tour buses. Oh, and then there’s the couple who thought it would be a good idea to vacation in the Middle East. Oh, and the illegal who thought it would be a great idea to take two very young American kids she’s baby sitting to Mexico. Yep, pretty much knew right away that it wouldn’t end well.
