Lundell Baby Shower!
On Saturday, April 7th, my sister, Nicole, and my cousin's, Jennifer, Robin and Tara threw Daniel and Brady a baby shower! Brady Quinn Fox is my cousin, Jesse, and his wife, Nancy's, son that was due 5 days after Daniel. Daniel was born 2 days early and Brady was born 2 weeks late! It was so much fun to see how different Daniel and Brady are, not just in looks, but also in size. I always find it fascinating how our genes work!
Did you see the two baby's on the cake? The cake was so good, as was the rest of the food. They even served my favorite salad! I could have eaten the bowl of salad that they had out, that is how much I love that salad.
I'm holding Daniel and Nancy is holding Brady. When he was born they found he had his cord wrapped around him and every time she would push him down the cord would pull him back up. Just so glad that he is 100% healthy! She looked amazing for just having a c-section 5 1/2 weeks ago!
Here are the two boys. Daniel is 7 weeks old and Brady is 5 1/2 weeks old. Doesn't Daniel look like such a moose? Brady was having gas pains all day and was not the happiest. I remember being in that phase with Daniel. He would just scream and scream and you felt pretty helpless. Brady, you need to just let those toots out...that is what I tell Daniel! :)
Here is Daniel with his new hat. Everyone loves to put hats on him because he looks like a Gnome or some people think a Leprechaun!
There were tons of gifts! There was absolutely no room in the living room for anyone to get around! Daniel received so many big clothes. I won't have to go shopping for two years! . He also received a lot of diapers and wipes, which will come in very handy. Everyone was way too generous. I keep saying, after every shower, that Daniel is so spoiled, but Jason and I are so spoiled too because we have received so much stuff that has helped us out immensely!
